Labour Day Tournament Cancelled

No Tourney on the Turf this year :-( Unfortunately we were the only U12 girls team to enter so they have dropped the age division.

If there is enough interest I will schedule an exhibition game for the Saturday. Please complete the poll on the right side of the blog.

Gorge 1998 Girls Gold team has a blog as well, too cool! They will be one of several strong teams we will face this coming season so we'll need to keep a close watch of their blog in case they want to share any of their secrets ;-)

Registration Reminder

A quick reminder that players need to be registered with Cordova Bay Soccer Club prior to attending the Gold team practices. Also, players cannot be assigned to the Gold team until payment has been received.

This is not a new policy, but now that we have amalgamated with Gordon Head Soccer Association we are following their registration policy to ensure consistency across all teams.

Wednesday Soccer 5:30pm Start

Next Wednesday is the last drop-in soccer before the pre-season practices begin.

It will also start an hour earlier at 5:30 because the turf is needed for adult team try-outs from 7pm.
